Open the Cateye Cycling™ app.
Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the use of GPS and Bluetooth® devices.
* At the moment you turn on the Bluetooth® in the smartphone setting, the
smartphone OS will search for devices, but do not configure settings there.
Switch to Cateye Cycling™ app and follow the procedure below.

The whole display turns on, and then the smartphone
search screen is displayed.
* All data is deleted and the unit is reset to the factory
default settings.
* If the smartphone search screen is not displayed,
the unit could not be formatted. Try to perform the
operation again.
