Should the main unit, HR receiver or Heart Rate Sensor fail under normal condition of use, we
will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty service will be performed directly by the
CATEYE CO., LTD.. When sending in a warranty item, please enter your name, address and
date of purchase on the warranty card along with a description of the problem. Although we
will not reimburse you for the freight charges, we will pay for the return air delivery. Please
note that the warranty does not cover battery depletion or accessories such as the bracket,
SPD/CDC sensor, remote button, or attachment belt. Customers are requested to purchase
such parts at their local CarEye dealer.
