how to make Fraus “Seriously Rich” drinking chocolate
Firstly measure 200g of Fraus ”Seriously Rich” hot chocolate and 1-1.2 litre of milk
heat the milk in a stainless steel jug on the steam arm of your coffee machine, or in a pot on the stove.
once the milk is hot, add the chocolate to the milk, and continue to heat the milk and chocolate tog ether.
Ensure all chocolate has dissolved into the milk before pouring the mix into the chocolate machine, this will
avoid any lumps.
Set the chocolate machine to 90 degrees until the chocolate reaches the desired thickness. Then reduce the
temperature to between 70-75 degree’s. This is the perfect serving temperature. during the course of the
day, if you find that the chocolate has become thicker than you would prefer, simply add more milk.
Please keep in mind that this is a milk based product and should be made fresh daily.
FOR SAFE OpERATIOn
1. Read the instruction booklet before using the dispenser
2. Use the dispenser only if it is earthed correctly.
3. do not use extension cords to connect the dispenser electrically.
4. do not remove the bowl when the unit is in operation.
5. do not open the dispenser for cleaning or maintenance without ensuring it has been disconnected from
the electricity
IMpORTAnCE
1. please put 2-3 litre water or beverage in the bowl before turning on the switch.
2. please turn the temperature controller slowly to high temperature. for example:o-30-45-80(c)
3. Please make sure the chocolate is running out before turn off the switch if the machine not work or take
out the chocolate-color blender in the bowl. Because the chocolate will curdle (concreting).especially in
the winter. Next time. you would only turn on the switch and the temperature controller. when the choco-
late melted. just put the chocolate-color blender in then turn around.
