Castaway Boat that has been salvaged or 
declared a total loss. 
 
This warranty does not apply to any 
components or parts not manufactured by, 
on or on behalf of, Castaway Ventures Ltd. 
or to dealer or consumer installed 
accessories. 
 
Nothing in this warranty shall extend to 
cover damage to your Castaway product 
caused by your willful or negligent acts or 
your improper or negligent operation, 
transportation, grounding or beaching of the 
Castaway products.

receive a return authorization number and 
shipping instructions.   
 
Shipping costs for the return of Castaway 
products to Castaway Ventures Ltd. are not 
covered under this warranty. All warranty 
claims must be submitted in writing to 
Castaway Ventures Ltd. along with a 
detailed description of the warranty claim.  
Should you fail to notify Castaway Ventures 
Ltd. of a warranty claim within seven (7) 
days of discovery of a potential claim, you 
shall be deemed to have accepted the 
defect as satisfactory and shall have no 
further claim upon Castaway Ventures Ltd.   
 
You acknowledge that should any additional 
damage occur due to your failure to 
promptly notify Castaway Ventures Ltd. of 
any defect, and not providing Castaway 
Ventures Ltd. with an opportunity to remedy 
the situation, that you shall have no claim 
upon Castaway Ventures Ltd. for any 

consequential damage to your Castaway 
product other than the initial defect. Any 
valid complaints or objections so stated 
shall be corrected or remedied by Castaway 
Ventures Ltd. as soon as practical 
thereafter.   
 
Castaway Ventures Ltd. warrants its repairs 
or replacements only for the remainder of 
the applicable warranty period.

Your Castaway boat should 

not be used in fast moving waters.  Do 
not attach an outboard engine that 
exceeds the marked rating to your 
Castaway boat. Do not operate your 
Castaway boat while you are impaired. 
Do not expose your Castaway boat to 
extreme heat or cold. Do not overload 
your Castaway boat. An adult should 
always accompany a minor when a 
minor is using a Castaway boat.
