14 Operation and Handing
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:

Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation, so that you can intervene
quickly in the event of dangers.
14.1 Before initial use
1. Clean the device thoroughly (refer to "cleaning and maintenance").
14.2 Stepless Speed Regulation and Pulse Function
Turn the knob to the right side to set the speed of the device
stepless from minimum to maximum.
Turn and hold the knob on the left side, when you want to use the
pulse function.
14.3 Blending
1. Clean all the parts which will come in contact with food.
2. Fill in liquid and soft ingredients first then firmer ingredients into the jar and put the lid on
with measuring cup.
3. Turn the knob to the desired level.
4. You can take of the measuring cup of the lid and add other ingredients. Add water as
desired.
5. Mix the ingredients until the desired consistency is reached and then turn off the device.
6. Wait until the motor has completely stopped before you take the jar.
14.3.1 Pulse
function
Use the pulse function for short and powerful blending.Turn the knob to the left side to the
pulse function and hold it. As long as you hold the knob in this position the pulse function
is working. Use this function only in short intervals.
14.3.2 Crushing of ice
Fill the jug with ice cubes.
Turn the knob for a few seconds to the left side for using pulse function.

Don't remove the lid during operation.

This device must not idle nor be overfilled, because the motor will overheat and gets
damaged.

Do not leave the device unsupervised when it is in operation.
►
Remove power plug first before pouring out the food.
