17.2 Fault indications
In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the
cause of the fault.
Error Code Cause Solution
E01 Supply voltage too low
(< 160 V) Ensure that the supply
voltage matches the voltage
shown on the type plate of
the device.
E02 Supply voltage too high
(> 270 V) Ensure that the supply
voltage matches the voltage
shown on the type plate of
the device.
E03 Possible short circuit Please send the device to
customer service.
E05 Overheat protection (in
power mode) Remove the cookware and
allow the device to cool
down. Then turn the device
off and on again.
E06 Temperature sensor
defective Please send the device to
customer service.
E07 Overheat protection (in
temperature mode) Remove the cookware and
allow the device to cool
down. Then turn the device
off and on again.
E08 Temperature sensor
malfunction Please send the device to
customer service.

► If error messages continue to be displayed after an extended waiting period or
after restarting the appliance, then it must be sent to Customer Service to be
examined.
