(6) in front of the sausage conveyor.

Prepare the sausage stuffing.

2. 

Soak the sausage skin in water for at 
least 10 min. before use. 
 

3. 

Check that the mincer with the sau-
sage attachment is firmly mounted 
on the motor head. 

4. 

Clamp the soaked sausage skin over 
the sausage attachment.
