Using the Screen Cover as a Stand (When Taking a Flipping Shot)
1. Disengage the rubber bands from the Paper Writer, open the cover and place it on a
desktop or other fl at surface.
2. Turn the Paper Writer so that it faces forwards and fi t the bottom into the notch in the
cover to fi x it in place.

The screws cannot be removed from the screen cover.
The screen cover is a synthetic leather product, so any moisture on the cover
should be immediately be wiped off gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Note also that it is sensitive to heat and should not be used close to a
fi re or
similar location.
Do not hold the Paper Writer by the screen cover alone while the rubber bands
are not fastened around the Paper Writer. Doing so could damage the screen
cover.
When
fi tting the Paper Writer into the cradle, lift up the screen cover slightly so
that the Paper Writer fi ts securely into the cradle.
To take a Flipping Shot, fi x the Paper Writer in the step 2 angle.
The shot cannot be taken correctly if the Paper Writer is at the wrong angle.
The Paper Writer will not be at the correct angle if the pen is inserted into the
pen holder.
When taking a Flipping Shot,
fi rst take the pen out of the pen holder.
