Terms and conditions of warranty 

This product has been submitted to the most rigorous quality controls before leaving the factory. 

However, if any operating problems due to assembling and/or defective parts in origin, please read 
carefully these terms of guarantee and contact your dealer. 

Warranty confitions

 

CashKeeper  S.L.  guarantees  that  the  product  you  have  purchased  to  CashKeeper  S.L.  or  to  an 
authorized distributor does not contain any defect in its components or its functioning under normal 
use circumstances, as specified in its technical manual. 

The warranty starts on the purchase date of the product and will be valid if it is duly completed and 
forwarded to CashKeeper S.L. 

During the 

12 months

 of the warranty period, CashKeeper S.L.: 

Will  repair  or  replace,  prior  client  consent,  those  parts  that  due  to  defects  in  their  manufacture  or 
mistakes in the assembly, may cause a malfunction of the product. 

ATTENTION:  In  the  case  that  the  customer  must  send  the  device  (or  any  of  its 
components)  to  the  factory  or  to  an  official  technical  service,  this  must  be  very  well 
packed,  preferably  in  its  original  packaging.  The  customer  is  responsible  for  that. 
CashKeeper S.L. will not be responsible for damage caused during transport. 

Any  repair  or  substitution  will  only  be  made  prior  reception  and  diagnostic  of  the  defective 
component by CashKeeper S.L. or any official technical service. 

In any case CashKeeper S.L. will 

not  swap  any  component  (or  machine)  without  having  received  the  defective  component 
first. 

In  case  that  the  repair  or  replacement  is  carried  out  at  the  customer's  facilities,  the  cost  of  the 
components  and  the  shipping  costs  are  exempt  from  fee,  but  not  so,  the  amount  corresponding  to 
the  technical  service,  as  well  as  operators  displacements  or  possible  additional  charges  resulting 
from the intervention. All this additional costs will be paid by the customer. 

All  components  replaced  during  the  interventions  under  this  warranty  will  become  property  of 
CashKeeper S.L. 

The warranty will not be valid in the following cases: 

This warranty covers only those defects that appear as a result of normal use of the product and not 
those, consequence of: 

a)  The  product  has  not  been  installed  or  used  according  to  the  manual  (included)  and  the 
recommendations, warnings and maintenance as indicated in the same have not been followed. 

b)  The  product  has  been  modified,  partial  or  totally  dismantled,  negligently  handled  or  possible 
sabotage. 

c)  The  product  has  suffered  damages  attributable  to  the  consumer,  third  parts  (including  theft)  or 
non authorized technical services. 

d) That the product has been damaged by the use or conservation outside the normal parameters. 

e) Product data do not match to the registered data or the data have been altered or removed.
