Notes
This command will be ignored if the bitmap data has not been
defined.
In standard mode, this command is effective only when there is no
data in thebuffer area.
This command has no effect in the print modes (emphasized,
double-strike, downloadedline, character size, or white/black reverse
printing), except for upsidedown printing mode.
If the downloaded bitmap which will be printed exceeds the printing
area, then the excess data will not be printed.
