TRANSPORTING ON PUBLIC ROADWAY
When driving the machine on the road or highway, at
night or during the day, while carrying or transporting
loads, warning devices may not be visible. If this
happens, make sure additional marking devices are
used.

•
Always lower the loader as far as possible to give
maximum visibility and allow others to see you all
the time.
•
Make allowances for the increased length and
weight of the machine during cornering, braking,
etc.
•
Either remove or rotate the attachment as
appropriate to minimize the hazard in the event
of a collision with another vehicle or object. For
example, a bale spear should be either removed
or rolled back as far as possible.
WARNING
The loader must not be operated during
transportation. During road transportation the
loader control valve control lever must be locked
in the neutral position. See section Tractor/load-
er hydraulic controls.

Always check the area around the machine and
make sure that everybody, especially children and
animals, have been moved away before the machine
is started or driven away.
You might not be able to hear people outside when
you sit inside the cab with the door shut.
