Connect the turbo inlet hose and tighten the clamp.
Connect the muffler flex pipe from the turbo and
torque the clamp to 17 ± 2 Nm (150 ± 18 pound
inches).

STEP 96

BD07B209

Install the after cooler hoses on the machine.
Connect the hoses and torque hose clamps to 9.04
to 10.17 Nm (80 to 90 pound inches).

STEP 97

Connect lifting equipment to the cooler pack.
Carefully raise and install the cooler pack on the
loader. 

STEP 98

Install the bushings and the mounting bolts for the
cooler pack, tighten the bolts. Remove the lifting
equipment from the cooler pack.

STEP 99

Install upper radiator hose and tube, tighten hose
clamp. Install the hoses for the after cooler and
torque hose clamps to 9.04 to 10.17 Nm (80 to 90
pound inches). Connect radiator vent hose, tighten
the hose clamp. Connect cooling level sensor.
