Open the box and take out all parts.
1)
Attach the two metal brackets to the base and the target area.
2)
Make sure lower limb and upper limb are securely connected before stringing the bow.
3)
Hook the string onto the end of the lower limb.
4)
Grasp the loose end of the string with your left hand. Grasp the upper limb near the top with
your right hand. Your right hand should be at the back of the bow. Lay the curve of the lower limb
over the left ankle. Step your right foot over the bow so that the face of the bow touches the back
of your right thigh. Push slightly against the bow with your right hand. Raise your left heel off the
ground, lock right knee and push forward with the right hand so the bow bends naturally. Insert
the string loop on the upper limp.
To unstring the bow, reverse the process above. Always take of the string off the bow when you
have finished shooting.

5)
Stand with your body at a right angle to the target. Right-handers will have their left should
towards the target; left-handers will have their right shoulder towards the target.
6)
Pull the string with your first three fingers of your right hand (for right-handers), with the arrow
between your index- and middle finger. Aim arrow at the target and release the string.
THE TARGET:
7)
The recommended distance between the archer and target is 5-10 meters. The target box
should be placed on or close to the ground. Make sure the base stands on an even ground, so
that the angle of the target area is exactly as per the design of the product.
8)
The arrows should hit the target area at a right angle; otherwise the arrows can damage or
break.
HINT:
The bow is very powerful. If you experience that the arrows are not sticking to the
target and are bouncing off, move further away from the target and/or use less force. When
shooting from the recommended distance of 5-10 meters, it is enough to pull back the bow
about half way.
