CarrierMate™ Troubleshooting
If any of the functions do not work as described, there is a problem with one or more of the
following:
•
Display controls are turned off or turned low
•
Faulty power cable or connector
•
Faulty display
•
Faulty Mobile Data Terminal (MDT)
•
Corrupt firmware or navigation file
•
Power problem
•
Short in the cable
CarrierMate™ Debug Mode
Debug mode can be entered with the following steps:
•
From the CarrierMate™ Home Screen
•
Select
Messages,
then
tap
New Message
•
Tap
Text Message
(or any selection to bring up the keyboard)
•
Enter
DEBUGMODENOW
and press
Clear
,
then
Cancel
•
Press the
Menu
button to get to the Home Screen
•
Tap the
F4
button
