struction of Carrier unit.

This guide will supply you with all the information you need for installing, operating and maintaining

All wiring must comply with local and national electrical codes. 
All wiring must be installed by qualified electricians. If you have any questions in regards to the follow-
ing instructions, contact a qualified electrician.

Check available power supply and resolve any wiring problems BEFORE installing and operating the
unit.

Rated voltage air conditioner having less than nameplate amps may be used in any properly wired,
general purpose household receptacle.

For your safety and protection, the unit is grounded through the service cord plug when plugged into a
matching wall outlet. 

If you have any question whether your wall outlet is grounded, please con-

tact a qualified electrician.
