Electrical connections and Room Controller 2 configuration
Connection of Room Controller 2 to the NTC
control panel box.
waRNING: Before connecting any wiring to the Room Controller 2,
turn off all power to the unit that will supply power to the Room
Controller, 2. Electrical shock can cause personal injury or death.

For distances longer than 3 meters (10 ft), the recommended
•
cable is BELDEN 9842 or a 4x0.5mm2 multiple double insulated
cable (H03VV-F).
Keep the MODE button pressed for at least 5 seconds to enter the
•
configuration menu. “1-“ is displayed on the screen, which represents
the first item that can be displayed and configured.
To check the 1- item value, press the MODE button. Press UP and
•
DOWN keys to change the value. Press the MODE button to confirm the
selected value. Now 1- appears again on the display.
To display or change the following items, press UP or DOWN keys until
•
the desired item is displayed.
Remove the main board from the control panel box for easier access
to electric connections.
The Room Controller2 must be connected as shown in the figure on
the left. If connection between the unit and the CRC2 is longer than 3
meters (10 ft), use a screened cable BElDEN 9842.
