Procedure
8. Reduced suction pressure, may not result
in the opening of the low pressure switch.
Reduced discharge pressure.
•
Ver item 7.
Insuffi cient thermal load.
•
Verifi car condiciones de proyecto.
Refrigerant lack.
•
Verifi car y corregir pérdidas. Adicionar
refrigerante si es necesario.
Low evaporator water fl ow.
• Verifi car válvula de regulación de
caudalde agua del evaporador
• Verifi car regulación del registro
de la bomba de agua fría.
• Verifi car fi ltro de agua fría.
Insuffi cient refrigerant supply in the evaporator.
• Verifi car obstrucción en el fi ltro secador
o en las líneas. Sustituir o corregir.
• Verifi car obstrucción en la válvula de
expansión. Sustituir si es necesario.
•
Check overheating setting of
the expansion valve (4 to 6°C).
Set if necessary.
• Verifi car posición del bulbo y del
tubo ecualizador de la válvula de
expansión.Corregir de acuerdo
con especifi cación de fábrica.
• Verifi car operación de la
válvula solenoide.
9. High suction pressure
Excessive thermal load.
•
Verifi car condiciones del proyecto.
Defective compressor.
•
Check suction and discharge
pressures. Replace if necessary.
Compressor runs at reversed rotation.
•
Check suction and discharge pressures.
In case, reversion is detected,
invert the terminal power cables.
10. Water leaks
Defective cold water connections.
•
Check and correct.
Obstructed condensate draining.
•
Check and clean condensate
trays and drains.
Improper installation of the draining lines.
•
Check connections and siphons.
•
Correct if necessary.
11. Noisy unit
Noisy compressor.
•
Check expansion valve setting.
•
Check internal noises.
Replace if required.
•
Check correct phase sequence.
Vibrations in the refrigerant or
condensation water piping.
•
Check and correct.
Panels or metallic parts not
properly fastened.
• Check
and
fi x.
12. Liquid line “sweats” (water
condensation on the outside surface)
Dryer fi lter with restricted passage.
•
Remove restrictions and/
or replace the dryer fi lters.
13. Suction line “sweats”
The expansion valve accepts
excessive refrigerant.
•
Fix the expansion valve.
