Disassemble and clean the hydraulic oil filter located in the main tank with oil and then dry
it with compressed air;
•
Reduce wheel pressure.
After the storage period,
it is necessary to prepare the machine:
•
Perform the mandatory servicing
•
Check the oil levels and top up if necessary
•
Connect the machine to the tractor, taking into account the safety regulations presented in
the manual.

SAFETY SYSTEMS
Safety systems and devices have been adopted to make use and maintenance of the machine safer.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO PERFORM MAINTENANCE ON AND/OR REMOVE ANY SAFETY
DEVICE.
1-
Emergency mushroom buttons positioned on the 2 sides of the work table for emergency
machine stop.
2-
Fixing chain of the gear box group when the latter is connected to the tractor pto.
3-
Steps and platforms with non-slip surface.
4-
Protection of the collection belt discharge complete with rubber for product retention, product
guidance and access impediment to careless operators.
6.1 Noise
During the continuous work phase, the GREEN 650/5 L machine produces a noise level of no more
than 30 dB.
In the non-work phase (vacuum activation), the GREEN 650/5 L machine produces a noise no
higher than 40 dB.
