WM4-96 is able to recognize the presence of the
analogue measuring input module (AQ1018-
AQ1019). If you try to enter the MEASURING menu
when the measuring input module is not installed,
the instrument displays NOT AVAILABLE. There’s a lower
quantity of display pages in the configuration without meas-
uring inputs, since there’s a lower number of data that can be
measured.
On the contrary the digital inputs are not rec-
ognized automatically by the instrument and it is there-
fore important to program them correctly: ON if they are
to be used and OFF if they are not to be used, so as to
avoid any wrong measures.
If WM4-96 is used in the
PULSE operating mode, it needs a full scale to be set: there-
fore if the measuring module is not installed, the value to be
set is in the SYSTEM menu (see SYSTEM on page 24). To
