2. To install an expansion vessel (suitable for closed circuit) with an appropriate capacity and a safety discharge valve
with an adequate pressure in order to avoid pressure increase inside the circuit itself (see figure A);
3. It is necessary to do a full cleaning of the heating system before the installation of thermo fireplace CARINCI SYSTEM
or IDROKIT;
4. To install a Y-shaped filter on the heating return in order to avoid blockage of the exchanger due to impurity deposits
in the existing system, especially if the system is made of iron with cast iron radiators.
5. It is necessary to clean out the air inside the radiator circuit through the general blow hole located near the plate heat
exchanger, and through the manual small blow holes located on the radiators.
6. Before operating the system, make sure there is no more air inside the circuits, both the primary and the secondary.

6.10 INSTALLATION COMBINED WITH A GAS BOILER
(Equipped with expansion vessel and safety discharge valve) [For SYSTEM and IDROKIT].
If the existing heating system has a gas boiler fitted with expansion vessel and safety discharge valve, it is possible to avoid
the further installation of the expansion vessel and safety discharge valve (see figure B), upon a check of the expansion ves-
sel capacity.
6.11 INSTALLATION COMBINED WITH A GAS BOILER
(Excluding expansion vessel and safety discharge valve) [for SYSTEM and IDROKIT].
In case the system is equipped with a gas, diesel, wood boiler but not with expansion vessel (suitable for a
closed circuit) and safety discharge valve, it is mandatory the installation of an expansion vessel with ad-
equate capacity and a safety discharge valve with adequate pressure.
6.12 RADIATOR SYSTEM FILLING (For SYSTEM and IDROKIT)
The secondary circuit should be connected to the existing heating system for which it is mandatory to install a filling unit
composed of pressure gauge, non-return valve and shut-off valve in order to ensure the automatic filling of the system and
to maintain the right pressure within radiator circuit stable. For the manual filling of the radiator system it is also possible to
use the gas boiler filling tap (if equipped). Check periodically the pressure of the system through the boiler pressure gauge
and replenish if needed.
