MAINTENANCE
DANGER
The intervention of
routine maintenance
and cleaning must be
performed by the op-
erator only after:

switching off the
machine

having discon-
nected the ma-
chine power
supply, by un-
plugging it
Ɣ
turning off the tap
upstream of the
water mains con-
nection;
Ɣ
waiting for the
machine to cool
down, as neces-
sary.
The operator must
always use protec-
tive gloves to prevent
abrasions.
WARNING
Do not pull the pow-
er cord or the ma-
chine itself to unplug
the machine from the
mains power socket.
WARNING
Each operation re-
quiring disassembly
of the machine parts
must be performed
by a skilled techni-
cian.
ATTENTION
When carrying out
maintenance, only
use compatible prod-
ucts (for example,
food-grade grease)
on the machine and
in the surrounding
area, to prevent any
malfunctions and to
avoid dispensing in-
correct drinks.
