Using the repeater
When does the repeater need to be installed?
The repeater is required whenever direct binding is not possible between
the access point and the terminal/sensor; this may occur when:
The distance between the access point and the terminal/sensor is •
greater than 50 m, with visibility between the devices.

and/or there is shielding infrastructure that reduces the wireless
communication distance.
