Con il grafico precedente è schematizzato, come si presenta la regola-
zione in funzione dell’azione derivata (solo D) al variare della misura
senza essere intervenuti sui parametri P23 e P24. Supponiamo invece,
di incrementare i param. P23 e P24 mantenendo costante il valore di
P06; facciamo notare che l’area delle curve sotto presentate rimane
costante.
Ora partendo dagli stessi presupposti precedenti, ipotizziamo di
aggiungere anche l’azione proporzionale (quindi P+D) sempre mante-
nendo nulla l’azione integrale.
Attenzione: molto spesso succede che invece di migliorare la stabilità
del sistema, si ottiene l’esatto contrario. Questo perché la taratura dei
valori per la regolazione (tempo di integrale, tempo di azione derivati-
va, soglie, ecc.) deve essere fatta con estrema attenzione e cura.
Si suggerisce sempre di studiare il comportamento del sistema per
gradi, incrementando cioè la complessità della regolazione per passi.
In altre parole, si parte dalla regolazione proporzionale, poi si passa a
quella integrale ed infine alla derivativa. È necessario sempre dare
tempo al sistema di evolversi nel suo insieme, così da sapere esatta-
mente dove intervenire e con che mezzi.

Now based on the same assumptions as before, we can theorise the

Warning: very often, instead of improving the stability of the system,
the exact opposite occurs. This is due to the fact that the calibration of
regulation values (time of integral, derivative action time, thresholds,
etc.) must be effected with extreme care.
We suggest you always study the system behaviour by steps, that is
gradually increasing the complexity of regulation. In other words, you
have to start from the proportional regulation, passing then to the inte-
gral one and finally to the derivative one. It is always necessary to wait
for the system to evolve, so as to know exactly where and how intervene.
