All windows diaplay zero except the PULSE window when switch on the treadmill. The data in pulse window
shows the weight of user. Press SET key 4 times, the SPEED window starts shinning, press SPEED +/- to
set speed within the speed scope. Press START key to start treadmill, speed and incline can be changed
during its running. The machine will continue running without pressing STOP key or turn off.
In the state of manual mode,we can set TIME and DISTANCE together.After starting the machine,the TIME
and DISTANCE will count down at the same time. The treadmill will PAUSE when the first preset data counts
down to zero; press START again, all data will go on counting,and the treadmill will stop when the last preset
data finishes counting down to zero.
USER Mode
This treadmill has 3 user mode programs named USER1,USER2 and USER3. Each program has 16
intervals, speed and incline can be set in every interval. After select one user’s program, you can set
DISTANCE from 3km to 60km in the DISTANCE window by pressing SPEED +/-.
The setting method for self-defined program: In the state of that all windows display zero, press PRO key to
set USER1,USER2 and USER3. Hold SET key for 5 seconds, the console makes a sound of “bleep” and the
incline window appears 01, you can set the first interval of this self-defined program. Press SPEED +/- to set
speed of the first interval, and press I/- to set incline of the first interval. After finish setting the first
interval,press SET to save, and the incline window appears 02, you can set the second interval of this self-
defined program. To set all 16 intervals by the same steps of the first interval. After finished all settings of this
self-defined,press STOP key to return to the interface when switch on. Press PRO key to find the program
which we just finished setting,press SPEED+/- to set distance of this program.
Program Mode
This treadmill has13 preset programs namde P04-P16,each program has 16 intervals with preset speed and
incline.In the state of standby, press PRO key 4 times, the CALORIES window appears P04-P16,select one
preset program which you want,press SPEED+/- to set target distance in DISTANCE window from 3km-
60km. After the target setting of DISTANCE, press START key, this program starts to operate, DISTANCE
window begins counting down, and treadmill will stop when the target distance counts down to zero. During
the exercise, press STOP, the program will pause and all data.is kept on the computer. After pause, if you
want to continue the previous exercise, press START and the program will continue the data before press
stop.Press STOP could stop the program, and press STOP again will clean the exercise data and make all
windows display zero
.
HRC Mode
Press SET key 4 times in the state of standby, the PULSE window appears P*** to enter HRC mode, and
press SPEED+/- to set PULSE. After the setting of target pulse,press START to operate. Please put on the
HR belt and hold on the pulse sensors during exercise under HRC mode. The treadmill will continue running
20seconds at the current speed when the HR single,if there is still no any HR single, the treadmill will stop to
prevent danger happening. In this mode, the actual HR will compare with preset HR every 10seconds. Press
SPEED+/- to increase/decrease difficult level. The HRC function will stop when the preset time
finishes,treadmill goes to COOL DOWN mode, and the treadmill will stop within 1min after it entered COOL
DOWN mode.
RECOVERY Mode
In the state of standby, press COOL DOWM, the TIME begins counting down from 60seconds. Please put on
the HR belt and hold on the pulse sensors, keep Heart Rate input displaying and be quiet.TIME will count
down from 60 seconds and then your fitness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed.
