7 Microwave
control
The MW power is not controlled by the thermocouple. There is no feedback from the
thermocouple to the MW power.
To set the MW power, from the home page:
Press page
3 times to get to the microwave control page.

To return to the home page, press page
and scroll

at the same time.
To operate the microwave power as part of a program, refer to section 8.
7.1
MW power level setting
Press up

to set the required MW power percentage.
This can be changed while the timer is running.

Countdown timer duration setting [See figure 5.5]

to set the required time. The display shows (min:sec.00)
up to I hour, (hrs:mins:sec) after 1 hour.
This can also be changed while a program is running.

Pulsed microwave power [See figure 5.6]
During the countdown timer duration, the power can be pulsed on/off. The duration of on/off
pulses can be set. The display shows (min:sec.0) up to I hour, then (hrs:mins:sec) if greater
than 1 hour.

feature.

7.5 Notes
When the timer is started the cooling fans for the magnetron and MW circuit switch on. After a
10 second delay the MW power starts and the amber light glows. The fans will remain on for a
few minutes after the MW switches off.
When the MW power is on the door is locked.
