C. caveat emptor / Guarantee exclusion
Claims for defects do not exist in the following cases:
•
natural wear and tear, and any damage, errors, reduced output or changes in the condition
or function of our products that are due to external factors (e.g. blows, knocks, vibrations,
water, fire), or due to improper storage, handling, assembly or any other improper use, or
due to extreme climatic conditions, or to particular reception or operating conditions at the
location where the item is used;
•
defects due to constructional errors or material defects, insofar as the customer has
prescribed the construction or the material;
•
burn-in on the LCD panel caused by permanent display and spots forming on the LCD panel
