Note:
The red “ON/Standby” button of the Canton remote control has a dual function� If you press it once, the display will show
ON
and
the switch on function can be learnt� If you press the red “ON/Standby” button of the Canton remote control twice in quick succession, the
display will show
STB
and the standby or switch off function can be learnt� If your TV remote control has only one key for the “On” and
“Off” functions both the “On” and “Standby” functions must still be allocated with this command�
Note:
Due to the number of infrared codes it cannot be guaranteed that every remote control can be learned by the loudspeaker system�
The learnt infrared controls of the TV remote control can be deleted from the system as follows:

Switch on the C 500 Aktiv�

Press the “On/Standby” key on the Canton remote control
for approx� 5 seconds�

The display will flash

Press the “Mute” key of the Canton remote control
for approx� 5 seconds�

The loudspeaker then reverts automatically to normal operation�
