Step 2:

 If the tripod has caster wheels installed, confirm the fixture’s entire weight is on those three feet. To insure the pads are engaged, use 

the orange thumb wheel to adjust the feet so the wheels are suspended off the ground for this procedure.

Step 3:

 Loosen the silver T handle screws (4) underneath the yoke saddle.
