3. Enter the user name "root" and default password "camera," and then enter the IP address and
subnet mask you want to set.
If the default gateway is not set, clear the [ Enter a default gateway address ] check box.
When the setting is complete, click [ OK ].
4. The progress of setting is displayed in a window.
5. Click [OK].
Note
There may be cautionary information that should be heeded depending on your operating
environment. Before the initial setting, see "Notes on Operating Environment" (
P. 1-12).
Tip
The factory default Administrator password is "camera". Be sure to change the password
for security reasons. See "Administrator Password" (
Operation Guide ).
The MAC address of this camera is specified at the bottom of the camera ( P. 1-20).
The factory default IP address is 192.168.100.1 . Set a proper IP address according to the
environment in which the camera is used.
For the IP address, subnet mask and gateway address to be set, contact your Network
Administrator.
