(7)  Spur base unit and platen unit removal 

 

1)  On the left and right sides of the spur unit, disengage the springs. 

2)  Remove the remaining ink amount detection sensor. (1 screw) 

 

3)  On the left side (the opposite side of the home position), disengage the spur base unit from the 

platen unit, and lift that side of the spur base unit.
