Troubleshooting
If you have a problem with your camcorder, refer to this checklist. Consult your dealer
or a Canon Service Centre if the problem persists.

Replace or charge the
battery pack.
Charge the battery pack in
temperatures between 0 ºC
and 40 ºC.
Wait until the battery pack
temperature is below 40 ˚C
and retry charging.
Use a different battery pack.
Camcorder will not turn
