■ How to remove jammed paper

Check all messages on the display.

Appears when paper
jams.
The location of the jamming is
displayed.
If there is jamming at more than
one location, they are all
displayed in sequence.
If there is more than one message, each
message will be displayed in turn. Check all
messages. Messages will no longer be
displayed after one of the printer covers has
been opened so make a note of them as
necessary.
The messages indicate the area where the paper jam has occurred. The list below shows the
messages that can be displayed. If more than one message is displayed, make a note of all of
them and check them in the order indicated.

side of the top cover forward to
open the cover.
