Job Hold Function
This mode enables you to temporarily store the data of print and copy jobs in a
queue in the Hold Inbox (Hold Queue) specialised for the Hold function. You can
change the order of the jobs stored in the Hold Queue and specify the paper type
and finishing settings for each job.
IMPORTANT

You cannot use a PS Driver for imagePASS-H1 or a PPD (PostScript Printer Description)
for Mac to save jobs to this machine's Hold Queue.

Save jobs to this machine's Hold Queue from the imageWare Print Job Manager, or a
printer driver for the following models: iR C5185/iR C4580/iR C4080, or iR C5185i/
iR C4580i/iR C4080i.

Print and Hold
When submitting a job, you can select to print it directly or hold it in the Hold Queue.

Print
Sends a job directly to the Print Queue and prints it immediately. You must make sure
that the submitted job is available for direct printing beforehand.

Hold
Stores a submitted job in the Hold Queue. When the job is held in the Hold Queue, you
can select it from the Hold Job List to print. By holding a job, you can check and change
its finishing settings before printing.
