Power Supply

2.7.1 

Overview

0006-1979

Upon being turned on, the host machine supplies 24 VDC and 13 VDC to the finisher
controller PCB immediately. 24 VDC is used to drive motors. 13 VDC is converted to 5 V
by the DC-DC converter in the finisher controller PCB to be used to drive sensors and ICs.

Protection Function

24 VDC lines connected to motors are provided with fuses for overcurrent protection. 
The 24 DVC line connected to the host machine is provided with a fuse (FU1) and the 13
VDC line connected to the logic circuit is also provided with a fuse (FU2) for overcurrent
protection.
