Faxes
To send a fax, you must specify a fax number, unit name, and
other settings.
The following example describes the procedure for the
settings below:

*1 To specify the telephone line settings, you must log in as an
administrator. To log in as an administrator, see “Logging In to the

Registering the Fax Number, Unit Name, and
Line Type
Register the fax number and unit name displayed/printed on
the destination machine. Set the line type to 'Tone'.
Press
(Settings/Registration).
Press [Function Settings].
