imageRUNNER 8500 In-House Training Course
As mentioned above the Educational Services department will
incorporate the imageRUNNER 8500 training into the already existing
imageRUNNER 600 courseware. This course is currently four days.
However, in August of 2001, it will be extended to five days to allow for
comprehensive training of all of the imageRUNNER 600/550/60 and the
imageRUNNER 8500. This five-day course will be available in all five of
the Canon Regional Training Centers.

Who Should Attend
This training is designed with the Field Technician in mind. Real world
practices and tips were added to bring additional perspective to the
course. This expertise can be a positive for the novice Technician or the
most experienced. If you want or need product certification for one of
your technicians and if you want to provide your customer with the
highest level of service support possible this course will give you the
information you desire.
