B. Certification 

Technician certification for this series is required for authorization to sell this 
product. The certification will include the following models and will be awarded 
when both the on-line and the classroom portions of the program are 
successfully completed:

C.  Who Should Attend 

Given the importance of this imageRUNNER Series and the advanced 
technology it incorporates, it is highly recommended that all technicians 
responsible for installing and supporting the new products successfully 
complete this valuable training program. 

Note:  

In keeping with our current support policy, only those technicians who have 
successfully completed or who are enrolled in the training program will be 
entitled to live, phone-based support through our Technical Support Center 
(TSC). Self-Service Support (software downloads, knowledgebase, support 
forums, technical publications) will continue to be available through our e-
Support website for all technicians (refer to the Technical Support section for 
entitlement details).
