Coolant System Filling

WARNING

DO NOT TURN THE SYSTEM ON WITHOUT FIRST  ADDING THE
DISTILLED WATER.

1.

Remove the black cap on the reservoir, located on the rear of the laser.

2.

Add distilled water up to within ½ to 1 inch of top of reservoir.

Always use distilled water when filling the reservoir.  Using water that is
not distilled will result in poor flashlamp performance, and may result in
permanent flashlamp damage.

3.

Replace the black cap on the reservoir.

4.

Plug the male end of the power cord into the approved outlet.

5.

The fluid lines within the laser must now be filled with water. To do this, turn the
system on for 2 minutes. Then repeat steps 1-3 until the water level inside the
reservoir remains at within ½ to 1 inch of top of reservoir.
