Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (“BRP”) warrants its Can-Am winch sold
by Can-Am Off-road dealers and/or distributors authorized to distribute Can-Am
winch in member states of the European Economic Area (which is comprised of
the states of the European Union plus the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland and
Liechtenstein), in member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States
(including Ukraine and Turkmenistan) and Turkey from defects in material or
workmanship for the period and under the conditions described below.

Normal vehicle warranty will apply to this accessory.
Please refer to your specific unit's BRP Operator's Guide for details.
Use other than which the product is designed for will void the product limited
warranty.

For a period of T TW WE EL LV VE E ((1 12 2)) m mo on ntth hss (unless otherwise stipulated or required
by law) starting from the date of the retail sale, this limited warranty covers Parts,
Accessories, and labour. BRP will repair or replace genuine BRP Parts and Ac-
cessories found defective in material and/or workmanship - further to normal use
and service. Labour and collateral damages to the vehicle may be covered only if
the failed part or accessory was installed by a BRP authorized Off-road dealer /
distributor.
Use other than which the product is designed for will void the product limited
warranty.
