MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
If liquids/deposits are found, squeeze
and remove the clamp. Pull drain tube
plug out. and empty it.

CAUTION Do not start engine
when liquids/deposits are found in
the drain tube.
When liquids/deposits are found, the
air filter must be inspected/dried/
replaced depending on its condition.
Remove air filter as explained below.
Air Injection Valve
Air Injection Valve Filter Cleaning
Air injection valve is located on the LH
side of the vehicle underneath front
fender.

Clean air injection valve cover before
removing.
Remove cover to gain access to air fil-
ter.

1. Remove screws
Remove filter from air injection valve.

3. Air filter
Clean air filter and the inside of air injec-
tion valve using pressurized air.
NOTE: If the air filter is still dirty, re-
place it with a new one.
When finished, properly reinstall re-
moved parts in the reverse order of
their removal.
