Place this instruction in a slow sequence to capture data for a rainflow histogram. See

RainFlowSample()
This instruction writes rainflow histogram data to a data table. The data table is usually set up to
store data once per minute. See

This instruction controls the speed of the CPI bus. This instruction is not normally needed. Use it
only when CPI bus communications need adjustment.
