D. Disconnect any communications or storage peripherals from the
datalogger.

Reset the datalogger by turning the power switch to “OFF”, then to “ON”
or disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
F.
If still no response, call Campbell Scientific.
9.2.2 No Response from Datalogger through SC32B or Modem Peripheral
At the datalogger:
A. Make sure the battery has been installed, and the power switch, if any, is
“ON”.
B. Use a voltmeter to measure the voltage on the
12V
and
G
terminals; the
voltage must be between 9.6 and 16 Vdc.
C. Make sure the datalogger is connected to the modem, and the modem is
properly configured and cabled (Section
(p. 22)
).
At the computer:
D. Make sure the Station File is configured correctly (LoggerNet or PC400
Manual).
E.
Check the cable(s) between the serial port and the modem. If cables have
not been purchased through Campbell Scientific, check for the following
configuration using an ohm meter:
