Have mobile terminated IP
Was correct template loaded
into AceManager?
Did you click “Write” and
then “Reset”?
Verify Dport (AceManager;
Misc group) is set to 3001.
Verify baud rate is correct for
datalogger.
In AceManager (Status
group); Check Host Serial
Bytes Sent/Received — try to
connect to logger — check
Host sent/received again.
Is DPort (AceManager; Misc
Group) set to 3001?
Or 6785?
Is LoggerNet trying to
connect to same?
Could be wrong baud rate.
Should be correct if the
correct template was loaded,
written and the modem
reset.
If sent increases, but
received does not, almost
always a physical
connection between the
logger and modem, not the
modem.
If LoggerNet is set to
connect to the DPort
of the modem, it will
connect only to the
modem, rather than
through the modem
to the logger.
