FT-269 Monteros Fountain
Professional installation is recommended for this fountain! Assemble your fountain on a level surface using crushed stone, gravel, or cement pad as the base.

1.
Place the base (FT-269H) on a level surface capable of
holding 1465 pounds in a 4 square foot area where the
fountain will be assembled.
a.
Be sure to check that each part is level and
centered during the assembly of this fountain.
2.
Place the urn (P-711) over the base.
3.
Assemble the pump kit
a.
Fit the 3/4” clear tubing over the pump outlet.
b.
Place the stopper around the pump cord
approximately 8” from the pump.
4.
Feed the pump cord all the way through the hole in the urn
(P-711), through the base (FT-269H), and out of the
opening in the bottom of the base.
5.
FIRMLY press the stopper into the hole evenly.
a.
Note: Using the handle of a screwdriver or hammer
works best to press the stopper in place.
6.
Place the large pedestal (FT-269F) over the pump.
7.
Feed the tubing that is connected to the pump through the
hole in the center of the large pedestal (FT-269F).
8.
Position the medium bowl (FT-269E) over the large
pedestal (FT-269F).
9.
Using a hose clamp, secure the tubing that was fed through
the large pedestal (FT-269F) to the pipe protruding from
the bottom of the medium bowl (FT-269E).
10.
Secure the 18” length of tubing to the pipe protruding from
inside the medium bowl (FT-269E) with a hose clamp.
11.
Place the small pedestal (FT-269C) in the center of the
medium bowl (FT-269E).
12.
Feed the 18” length of tubing connected to the inside of the
medium bowl (FT-269E) through the hole in the center of
the small pedestal (FT-269C).

Position the small bowl (FT-269B) over the small pedestal
(FT-269C).
14.
Using a hose clamp, secure the tubing that was fed through
the small pedestal (FT-269C) to the pipe protruding from
the bottom of the small bowl (FT-269B).
15.
Place the finial (FT-269A) into the small bowl (FT-269B)
by fitting the copper in the finial over the copper in the
bowl.
16.
Fit the small pump cover door (FT-269D) into the small
pedestal (FT-269C).
17.
Fit the medium pump cover door (FT-269G) into the
medium pedestal (FT-269F).
18.
Fit the base door (FT-269I) into the base (FT-269H).
19.
Fill the basin with water.
