WARNING!

Use the unit only for the purposes described in par. "Description of the Product". Any other use may cause
injuries.

The backpack (3) shall be positioned in such a way that the 90% of its weight is supported by the operator’s
waist instead of by his back.
•
The braces shall be used to improve the weight balancing (10%).
5.2
Display
After quickly pressing the ON/OFF button (11) on the display (9), the charge level will be visible for about 5 seconds with
the following modes:
• 4 led bars – 80/100% charge level
• 3 led bars – 60/80% charge level
• 2 led bars – 40/60% charge level
• 1 led bar – 20/40% charge level
• 1 flashing led light – charge level is lower than 20%
• All flashing LED lights with repetition each second = Error status.
If any undervoltage is detected, it persists even if the battery is switched off and then on again, until it reaches at least the
20% of its status of charge (SoC).
WARNING!
If the problem cannot be solved, take the battery to an Authorized Service Point.
5.2.1
ON/OFF battery led light
When the button is pressed while switching off the battery, the timed lit-up led bars quantity will decrease up to zero.
When the last LED bar is off, the battery switches off by releasing the button.
5.2.2
ON/OFF power supply management
• When the battery is off, it is switched on by pressing the button. The charge level can be seen for 5 seconds.
• When the battery is off, it is switched on by connecting it to the charger. The charge level can be seen on as long as
the charger is connected.
• If the consumption is less than 200 mA, the self-switching-OFF timer is activated. Timing depends on the battery pack
status of charge (SoC).
• The operator can switch off the battery by keeping the button pressed for at least 5 seconds.
• The battery switches off automatically, when the charger is disconnected or when charge is complete
• While the battery is charging, it cannot be switched off.
5.3
Battery re-charging
For the recharge operations please read the manual of the battery-charger.
5.4
Troubleshooting
WARNING!
All the following maintenance operations shall be carried out by a mechanical maintenance technician.
