• Error Code EC9:Back to the beginning then pull backward bar again- This error
will come up when you are pressing the Stop button when already stopped,
meaning you are trying to go back to the origin point. This error code is telling
you that you are already at the origin point, and no more action needs to be
taken.
• Error Code EC16: Sep Motor- This error code displays when you move the
embroidery along the x or y axis too far in any direction, this error will display
and you will no longer be able to move the embroidery. In order to fix this, turn
the machine off, and physically move the head of the embroidery machine
forward, restart the machine and you should be able to move the machine
with the directional buttons.
• The thread continuously breaks, or it is not embroidering correctly- Usually if
the thread continuously breaks, and/or it is not embroidering correctly, it means
that the needle is not placed correctly. Make sure that the needle curve is not
facing forward.
The needle continuously breaks- If your needle continuously breaks you may need
to align the head and needle with the needle plate. You can do so by:
• Setting the origin needle to number 8 (that is the needle in the middle)
