SETTING DMX MODE
You can access the main menu by pressing MENU. Using UP and DOWN, now select the
DMX Mode
menu option and press ENTER to
confirm your selection. Use UP and DOWN again to select the desired DMX mode and press ENTER to confirm your selection. You can find
tables on channel assignment in the different DMX modes in these instructions under DMX CONTROL.
STATIC STAND-ALONE MODE
As with a DMX control device, static stand-alone mode makes it possible to directly set values from 000 to 255 on the device for the
dimmer, fine dimmer, and strobe light. This allows the user to create individual scenes without needing an additional DMX controller.
Starting from the main display, press MENU to go to the main menu. Using UP and DOWN, now select the
Stand Alone
menu option and
press ENTER to confirm your selection. Use UP and DOWN again to select the desired
Static
stand-alone mode and press ENTER to confirm
your selection. Now select the menu option you would like to change using UP and DOWN and press ENTER to confirm. You can set the
value as desired from 000 to 255 using UP and DOWN. Press ENTER to confirm all entries. The strobe effect values correspond to the values
in channel 3 of the DMX table 4 CH.
TIMER FUNCTION (Timer)
The timer function enables static stand-alone mode to be managed in a time-controlled manner so that you can set the fade-in time from
0.5 seconds to 24 hours, the dwell time from 0.5 seconds to 24 hours and limitless, and the fade-out time from 0.5 seconds to 24 hours.
After activating the timer function, the timer function is enabled as previously configured the next time the system starts. Starting from the
main display, press MENU to go to the main menu. Using UP and DOWN, now select the
Stand Alone
menu option and press ENTER to
confirm your selection. Use UP und DOWN to select
Timer
and press ENTER to confirm your selection. Under the
Switch
option, select the
On
setting and press ENTER once again to confirm this selection. Select
Fade In
,
Dwell Time
, or
Fade Out
to select the timer’s individual
settings and press ENTER to confirm your selection. Now use UP and DOWN to set the respective value as required. Press ENTER to confirm
all entries. To deactivate the timer function, go to the Switch menu option, select the
Off
setting, and press ENTER to confirm your selection.
Note: The timer function is suitable for use in master/slave mode with a cable.
