Making a drop cable ground point
To ground the drop cable to a metal structure using the Cambium grounding kit (part
number 01010419001), proceed as follows:

Remove 60 mm (2.5 in) of the drop cable outer sheath.

Cut 38mm (1.5 in) of rubber tape (self amalgamating) and fit to the ground cable
lug. Wrap the tape completely around the lug and cable.

Fold the ground wire strap around the drop cable screen and fit cable ties.
4
Tighten the cable ties with pliers.
Cut the surplus from the cable ties.
