Write down each controller’s serial number 

and the physical location or controller name that you 
want to assign to it later. This will aid you in entering 
the information when using the IR-Interface software 
on your PC or laptop computer.

5B. PC Communications 

 

This option allows the user to obtain a controllers 
information from a desktop computer using the IR-
Interface Software program (or by use of Command 
Center Software) and an RRe-IR Interface unit. 

 

The RRe-Interconnect software allows the user to 
assign individual names to each Hand Held remote 
and Regions, Sites, and Controllers assigned to the 
handheld remote.
