X. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE.

Problem

Possible Causes

Solution

The water is not hot enough.

The water flow entering the heater is

too strong.

Reduce the water flow from the tap or slightly

close the inlet water supply valve on the unit to

reduce the flow.

The ambient temperature has

decreased or the temperature setting

is too low.

Raise the unit’s temperature adjustment.

The water pressure is below 0,2 kgf/cm

2

(0,02 MPa).

Check that the shut-off valve is completely open

and the water supply line is not blocked.

Electrical fault.

Please contact a qualified electrician or your local

authorized distributor to solve the problem.

The water is too hot.

There is not enough water flow entering

the heater

Increase the water supply flow

The ambient temperature has

decreased or the temperature setting

is too high.

Select a lower temperature value.

The heater turns off during use.

Electrical supply failure or faulty wiring.

Check the power supply and the breaker. If the

problem persists, contact a qualified electrician.

The water has stopped flowing.

Blockage in the tubes or hoses.

Check that the water supply valve is completely

open and there are no obstructions in the supply

line.

There is no water supply.

La temperatura del agua varia

de fría a caliente durante

el uso.

El caudal del agua está por debajo del

nivel mínimo.

Aumentar el caudal de agua.

The water temperature varies

from cold.

Electrical supply failure or faulty wiring.

Check the power supply and the breaker.

Sufficient flow has not been reached to

activate the resistance (2,2 L/min)

Increase the water flow. Clean the filter mesh at

the unit’s water inlet. First, disconnect the breaker,

open the unit’s pressure relief valve, and when it

had finished, connect the breaker.

The upper limit control has been

activated.

Check that the upper limit control restart buttons

are pressed. Follow the steps described in this

manual to restart the switch.

Leaks

Check for leaks at the connections.

Check the water installation. Remove the front

cover and inspect the resistance gasket.

If the tank is dripping.

Close the water valve to cut off the water supply.

Disconnect the water heater from the electric

current and check the warranty to determine

whether the heater is still within the warranty

period.
